Chichester being near more holiday home, I saw the show last year and I was very impressed by her.
Lets hope we get Joseph down there for 6 weeks, you will all be invited to pop in for a cup of tea.

WOW Amanda Claire was narrator for the 8pm show on Saturday in Manchester. She was a great narrator, wish I had seen her back in the role.

Reading the rumour that Keith possibly will be the narrator on the tour, I wondered if the vocals are being changed - I mean a different key? LOL - not sure how to put it in English, but the narrator has to sing some pretty high notes, so how do the guys cope?

I have the 1974 version with Gary Bond as Joseph and Peter Reeves as Narrator and yes it is in a lower key, but I expect the modern joseph will sound even better now lol

Vivienne Carleyle is THE best narrator ever! I agree with you, she is! I agree BUT along with Julie Maguire from years ago!! Viv is currently doing a fab job as Mrs Lyons in the Blood Brothers tour aswell. As for male narrators I did have a favourite but I'd have to dig out my programme cos I can't remember his name. ;D ;D

I'm really impressed with Chris Barton in Malvern this week. I wasnt expecting to like a male narrator but he has a beautiful quality to his voice and is a wonderful storyteller.

Chris and Keith are totally different and I would rather not try to compare them. Keith has an incredible voice but Chris also has a beautiful voice and the acting skills to go with. IMO he's got the full package.
