Hello. I am, infact, Gareth Weedon (Joseph Tour '06 MD) and have also, it seems, been referred to on your site as Gareth WEADON...(?)
Perhaps this could be rectified, as if I start thinking I am not who I think I am meant to be, the show may start being conducted in a very (more than usual) bizarre way...
Or, you simply don't care...?!
Anyway, thankss ffor yuor suport and off corse all yuor acuartte speling on the ssite.
reggards

Yo Gaz,
As the ex-Joseph trumpet player, 2004/2005, I can confirm that the entire band used to regularly enjoy the sight of your head enthusiastically bobbing up and down!

I hope you saw the review in Jersey Evening Post, Gareth - your bobbing head is legendary. It reads "for the full experience, choose the a seat where you can glimpse the conductor's head - it's nice to see someone who truly enjoys his job!"! . Perhaps we should start a Gareth's head thread - I shall look through all my reviews to find comments!

Hey Gareth,
Was wondering if you are related to Burt Weedon, the guitar wizard. I remember him well from my youth.
love to everyone. xxx

Just in case Gareth doesn't reply for a while, Lynda, you and I had the same idea (I think it must be something to do with our mature years...). I googled Bert Weedon and he does have sons, but not one called Gareth. Grandson maybe?

Yes I may be mature in years and the bodywork has gone, is rusty and creaking, but I am young at heart most times. When I am having a bad day I feel and look 90 !!!!!!. Lynda xxx

Wow. That was very sweet. I haven't had the chance to check this site for ages, so I was genuinely very chuffed see that so many of you have followed up my original post. Well, to those of you who think I may be related to Bert Weedon, I can tell you that I am. He is actually my grandfather and considerably wealthier than most of his guitar-loving audience thought. Infact he recently paid £73m into one of my Offshore-Accounts. I spent a bit to celebrate, but my own considerable personal fortune (accumalted merely as MD on the Jospeh Tour for BKL) is more than sufficient to fund my expensive lifestyles vices. Good to have such famous people in the family though, I guess. Tops up the wallet fund... Anyway, given that that paragraph was clearly not true and decidedly tongue-in-cheek, i should probably clear-up that I am not infact related to Berty. But if I did get a quid for every time I have been asked since I joined the Joseph Tour 2 years ago, maybe the above paragraph would be true now! So - as to my "bobbing head", and "zingyness" etc reviews - long may they continue. Should you need any photos of me for the website that i assume one of you is to set up, you may choose from one of public-domain photos found at www.myspace.com/garethweedonjokes aside, thanks for taking the time to post sweet thoughts see you soon gw

He normally runs away from the stage doorers, so maybe you will be lucky.
Get the rest of the cast/crew to post Gareth. Tell them we dont bite. Although I may smack a few bottoms when I next see some of you.
