We have been to see Ross as Galileo again & he was just as brilliant as the first time we saw him. We got the u/s Killer Queen, Khashoggi, Pop & Meat & it was a great show. Kade was good as Cliff Richard. We didn't see him come out afterwards, so we asked if he was still in & he came down to see us which we thought was nice as we didn't talk to him much when he was in Jo. On our way back to the tube we found ourselves walking past Jersey Boys stage door which was interesting & we had time to get donuts this time.

We have been to see Mark Dugdale in WWRY He was a teacher, policeman & in the ensemble & it was great to see him on stage again. Dean hasn't started in the show yet. Kevin Kennedy was Pop - he was Pop on the tour - & was good. At the end of the show when the band come on the stage we saw that the drummer was Tom who used to be in the Jo orchestra. He said he helps out occasionally when the usual drummer is off. Mark said he was enjoying his new role & he'd seen us on the front row. We just had a quick chat with him as he was rushing for his train. Kade has left the show.

We went to see WWRY again on Saturday. When we were making our way out of the tube station a handsome young man came from another direction & walked just in front of us. We just caught a glimpse of him & thought he looked like Dean & he was. We walked to the theatre with him & he said he was enjoying being back in the show & Saturdays are busy for him as he teaches in the morning & then has his 2 shows. He also said that Mark had been playing Khashoggi but didn't think he was that afternoon. We got tickets & saw on the cast list that Mark was still down as Khashoggi. I couln't wait another hour to see if that was right, so we went to the SD & were told that it was right so we were very happy knowing that Ross was playing Galileo aswell. The show was brilliant It was great seeing Dean on stage again as the Rebel Leader. Mark was fantastic as Khashoggi- there was no hint of his Irish accent - & Ross was fantastic too. When Ross came out afterwards he said he wasn't doing the next show as he wasn't too well, so the second u/s, David, would be on for the first time. We also saw Paddy who does the lighting on the stage. We hadn't seen him for a while as he isn't there all the time. He used to be an usher at the New London theatre when Jo was there.

We made a last minute decision to go to Birmingham on Saturday mainly to see Rhydian play Khashoggi as he isn't playing the role anywhere else. It was good to see the show with different cast though we did recognise some from the previous tour. Noel Sullivan was Galileo, Ian Reddington (Vernon in Corrie) was Pop & Jenny Douglas (who was on the Over the Rainbow programme & sung with Keith Jack on his concert tour) was Meat. Everyone put on a brilliant show & Rhydian spoke a bit robotic & played his part a bit creepily - a bit like Riff Raff in Rocky Horror, but he was great. When everyone sang "No-one but You" headshots of those who died young were shown on the back wall. Everyone was encouraged to stand up before the end, which we don't get in London. Earl Carpenter is Khashoggi in other places. He was Simeon in Jo in 1994/95 but we don't think we've seen him before.

There were two shows we could have seen on 13 August but when Mark told us he was going to play Khashoggi we had to see him in the role as it would probably be the last time for us as he is leaving in October He has a fantastic voice & was just as brilliant as the first time we saw him. We think it's a shame he's not taking over the role. It was good to see Dean as Rebel Leader & Mazz Murray back as Killer Queen for her final two weeks after being on maternity leave & Alex Gaumond as Galileo. He played the role on the previous tour. It was nice that he came out after the show as he never used to on tour After the show we walked to Somerset House to see the fountains. We have wanted to see them ever since Rosemary went there when she wasn't well, but we never seemed to be there at the right time as they are turned off when other things are going on. There are 55 of them & they looked lovely when they were at their full height & it was fun walking through them. It was a lovely peaceful spot & we didn't feel as though we were only a few yards from the busy Strand

We were back at the Dominion on Saturday as it was Mark's last day & we wanted to say goodbye to him & the others who were leaving - about 17 altogether. It was a great show & they did lots of funny things & it was nice to see Dean as the Rebel Leader again ;D ;D Mark is going to be Fleshcreep in panto in Belfast. He likes to do panto there so he can be with his family at Christmas. After the show we decided to walk to the Savoy to see if Stephen & Lee were there as it was their last day in Legally Blonde. They were a bit late out & we just got there in time to see them. Stephen is going to China next month to be in "Notre Dame de Paris". He is going to be with Tim Driesen, Mark Akinfolarin & Ian Carlyle from WWRY. We are looking forward to seeing the new casts sometime. Scott Monello is now u/s Galileo & Dean is u/s Khashoggi and u/s Pop in WWRY

We have been to Edinburgh to see WWRY again & Jeremy is back It was great to see him after such a long time & he's looking very well & he said he's feeling much better now. It was good to see him in the band at the back of the stage & when they came down to take their bows at the end of the show. Rhydian was supposed to be playing Khashoggi, so we were disappointed to find that he wasn't there (we think he was away doing a gig) but our disappointment didn't last long when we saw the 2nd u/s, Edd Post. He was fantastic & it was only his 2nd time playing Khashoggi. He is very young & good looking & smiled a lot & looked as though he was enjoying playing the role. He is also 1st u/s Galileo & plays that role once a week. Two other leads were away - Pop & Meat - & we also got u/s Rebel Leader as the usual one was playing Pop. It was a great show & we were glad we got front row seats even though there were 4 people between us ;D ;D

We have been to London to see Dean as Khashoggi & he was fab His singing was powerful & there was no sign of his Welsh accent & his acting was great We haven't seen the show for months since the last cast change so we haven't seen the new guy who plays Khashoggi, but we don't think he can be any better than Dean It was also great to see David Gwyn as the Rebel Leader & Scott Monello in the ensemble. The time line at the start of the show & some of the dialogue has changed & we don't think it's as good as it was
