Tim answers your questions!
from the Never Forget website;
The lovely Tim Driesen, who plays Adrian in the show, has answered some of the questions you have been sending into us!
"First of all I wanna say thank you to everyone who's asked the questions and anyone who deems me important enough to answer them...
Ok, here goes.... brace yourselves, cos being a Belgian, I am known to 'waffle' on a bit!
1. What are you most looking forward to about touring with Never Forget again?
However sad it sounds, first of all I'm looking forward to working with the other boys again, which is such a blast every day and makes the show such a joy to work on. And of course getting the show back on the road again in a slightly new format and hopefully bringing joy to lots and lots of theatre going patrons! Also can't wait to get out on that stage in my bare bottom again (which was always sooo liberating...uhm yeah)
2. What do you do after a show to relax?
Various things, depending what mood I'm in. Either grabbing a drink in the pub AFTER having had a leisurly shower or going home and watching one of my favourite tv shows (24, Brothers & Sisters, Studio 60) or a good movie with a big tub of Ben & Jerries ice cream...heaven!
3. If you could play any of the other characters in the show, who would you pick?
Difficult question that... probably Jose (for the comedy) and Ash (for the sing) or Tracy (for a change) but realistically I wouldn't be right for any of those and I love playing Adrian (from Geek to Chique in 2 hours!) so wouldn't wanna change that either!
4. Who do you get on with the most in the cast?
We all get on extremely well, so wouldn't be able to choose just one! How dare you even ask!
5. Do you have a routine or ritual that you follow before going on stage?
Not really, apart from going to warm up, getting a coffee, putting on some make up and slick back my (by now extremely -for me) long locks and put on my costume all while listening to some extremely random music (usually Carrie Underwood or some new Broadway musical) and singing along at the top of my voice -all in the cause of warming up the voice of course!
6. What is the most challenging part of the show?
Trying not to corpse at various bits of the show. Especially when the other people on stage are doing their best to make that extremely hard! Apart from that, its doing 'Relight My Fire' , trying to get enough energy to sing AND dance after having sat on my backside backstage for 20 mins...
7. Finally, give us one word to describe what we can expect from Never Forget in 2008!
More of the same... a good night out for the whole family!"
